REGISTRATION

Company registration

We take care of entire pre-incorporation and post-incorporation formalities for setting up companies in india. Company registration in india with us is easy & fast.

Company registration process includes -

  • Obtaining Digital Signature.
  • Applying for DIN (Director Identification Number) for the Director/Shareholders of the proposed Company.
  • Applying and obtaining the proposed name of the Company approved by the Registrar of Companies (RoC)
  • Preparation of Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association
  • Filing and Obtaining Company Incorporation Certificate

Company Registration Process includes -

  • Photo of each Director
  • Copy of PAN Card (mandatory)
Copy of any TWO of the following as Proof of Residence:
  • Passport or Bank Statement or Electricity Bill or Telephone Bill or Ration Card
  • Proof of Proposed Address of the Company (Rental Agreement, Electricity Card, Property Tax Payment Card etc.)
  • Proposed Name of the Company.

The Company registration process could be completed within 3 to 4 working days.

II)Partnership Registration

Partnership form of business could be incorporated either under the limited liability partnership (LLP) act or under the indian partnership act, 1932.

Basic documents required for registration of a partnership concern is –

  • Name, address and description of all the partners of the proposed partnership firm.
  • Proposed name of the partnership firm
  • Proposed capital to be invested
  • Profit sharing ratio of the proposed partners, and

In case of Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) registration, for each proposed partners –

Partnership registration process could be completed within 3 to 4 working days.

 III) One person Company (OPC)

An OPC is required to file 2 forms annually namely, MGT 7 and AOC 4.
